I’ve always been told that drawing the human figure from life is one of the most important aspects of learning to draw, but I never had a chance to do this on a regular basis until recently. Here is a random sampling of drawings I made in Philip Melton’s life drawing class at Pima Community College in Tucson. All of these drawings were created from life with a nude model in 20-40 minutes.
